In some cases, treatment may not be performed on the same day as the consultation. Dr Serena reserves the right to decline treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate, safe or likely to achieve a natural-looking result.
Appointments may be booked online or directly through Skin by Dr Serena.
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you provide more than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to one future appointment. Deposits are non-transferable if less than 72 hours’ notice is given.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, missed appointments or failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit and may incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost, at the discretion of Skin by Dr Serena.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, if there is insufficient time to safely complete your treatment, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.
Every patient is unique and individual results will vary.
Factors including age, genetics, lifestyle, medical conditions, smoking, sun exposure and adherence to aftercare advice may all influence your treatment outcome.
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, Skin by Dr Serena cannot guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes.
All medical and aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects. These will be discussed with you during your consultation before any treatment is performed.
By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions, understand the potential risks and provide informed consent.
Following your treatment, you will receive personalised aftercare advice.
Failure to follow your aftercare instructions may increase the risk of complications or affect your final results. If you have any concerns following treatment, you should contact Skin by Dr Serena as soon as possible.
Where products are purchased through our website or clinic, descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.
Prescription-only products can only be supplied following an appropriate medical consultation where clinically indicated.
We reserve the right to amend product availability, pricing or specifications without prior notice.
